Our organisation delivers projects and services which support people to live as well as their circumstances allow. The focus of our work is on the prevention of ill-health and improvement in the health and wellbeing of the people we work with.

Our initiatives enable people to deal with the challenges they face every day in all aspects of their life. We encourage and support people to make positive changes to improve their health, happiness and independence. We develop and deliver evidence based programmes to support people to improve their physical, emotional and mental health, promote wellbeing and address health inequalities by recognising the central role that the wider determinants of health and wellbeing play in shaping health outcomes.
