Volunteering Opportunity: Xero Support Volunteer (As-Needed Basis)
Organisation: The Autism & ADHD Advocates
Location: Coventry - Address given when the position starts.
Description: The Autism & ADHD Advocates are in need of a volunteer who has experience with Xero accounting software. This role involves assisting our team on an as-needed basis with retrieving and managing financial documents that are necessary for meeting the specific requirements of our funders. This flexible opportunity allows you to contribute to our work supporting families impacted by Autism and ADHD at times that suit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and manage financial reports and documents from Xero as requested by funders.
- Help ensure financial data is organised and accessible.
- Provide occasional support in optimising our use of Xero for financial tasks.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
- Understanding of basic financial reporting and document management.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
- Flexible availability to volunteer as needed.
