This workshop is a four-part series designed to build your understanding of neurodivergence.
The full series includes:
Executive Functioning
Sensory Processing
Autism & ADHD.
In this one-hour session, participants will gain a clearer understanding of autism, including how it presents across different individuals. We’ll explore common traits and behaviours, sensory differences, communication styles, and how the environment can affect autistic people. You’ll also learn practical strategies to create more inclusive, supportive spaces—at home, in schools, or in the workplace. The workshop aims to shift perspectives, promote empathy, and empower you with tools to make a real difference.
About The Autism & ADHD Advocates CIC
The main purpose of our organisation is to provide support and advocacy for individuals and families that are ADHD/Autistic. We aim to offer guidance, resources, and a supportive community to help individuals better understand and manage these conditions. Additionally, we strive to raise awareness about autism and ADHD to promote acceptance and inclusion in society.
