We are looking for patient individuals who are willing to support clients with their classroom based learning.Detailed description
At St Francis Employability, we offer a variety of courses, including ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), Employability, IT, and other skills training. Many of our courses are designed to help individuals who don’t have English as their first language develop skills that are directly linked to employability. We’re currently looking for patient, enthusiastic individuals to volunteer as Teaching Assistants, supporting our tutors in our ESOL, IT and employability programs.
As a volunteer Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping clients with their classroom-based learning. We provide all the necessary training, and our Volunteer Coordinator will be there to support you every step of the way.
If you’re interested in volunteering with us in this rewarding role, please get in touch. We’d love to have you on board!
Volunteer Inductions take place regularly on Thursday afternoons and will begin again at the start of January 2025. Please let me know if you are interested and I will send you a date in the new year.
