Summary

Passionate about helping your community? Be a welcoming face of our organisation, greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and guide them to appointments.

Detailed description

Do you have a passion for helping your local community? Would you like to use your communication skills to make a real difference in people’s lives? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a member of our reception team, you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll greet and welcome visitors, assist them with signing in, direct them to their appointments, and provide them with the information they need to feel supported and informed.

This role is vital to our organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people. Strong communication skills are a plus, but if you’re looking to develop those skills, this role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities include welcoming people into our building, ensuring they sign in, entering sign-in data into our computer system to track visit times and services accessed, and guiding visitors to their appointments promptly.

If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we encourage you to apply! We provide all the training you need, so even if you don’t meet every requirement, don’t worry—we’ll help you get there.
