Role Overview

The Website & Digital Content Coordinator will be crucial in maintaining and improving RE(YOU)S’ online presence. This role will focus on managing website updates, creating engaging digital content, and ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Updates

  • Maintain & Update Website Content: Regularly update website pages, blog posts, and event listings.
  • Ensure Site Functionality & Usability: Monitor and optimise the website for a smooth user experience.
  • Improve SEO & Accessibility: Implement SEO best practices and ensure digital content is accessible to all audiences.

Digital Content Creation

  • Develop Engaging Digital Content: Create and upload digital assets, including images, videos, and banners.
  • Manage Blog & Resource Sections: Publish informative and engaging blog posts and resources.
  • Collaborate with Content Teams: Work with copywriters, designers, and social media coordinators to align messaging across digital platforms.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor Website Traffic & Engagement: Use analytics tools to track site performance and user engagement.
  • Generate Reports & Insights: Provide recommendations to improve digital content effectiveness.

Technical & UX Improvements

  • Identify & Fix Website Issues: Work with the team to resolve any technical issues.
  • Enhance User Experience: Ensure the website is easy to navigate and visually appealing.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in Website Management: Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace platforms.
  • Basic HTML & CSS Knowledge (Preferred): Ability to make minor website adjustments.
  • Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Ability to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing & SEO: Knowledge of search engine optimisation and online engagement strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure content accuracy and website functionality.
  • Passion for Community Engagement: Enthusiasm for supporting digital outreach efforts.
