Role Overview

The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator will be key in increasing RE(YOU)S’ visibility and engagement through creative marketing strategies. This role will focus on promoting events, initiatives, and the overall mission of RE(YOU)S, ensuring effective communication with the community and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop & Implement Campaigns: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote RE(YOU)S events and initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Design promotional materials, including social media graphics, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Brand Awareness: Ensure all content aligns with RE(YOU)S' branding and messaging guidelines.

Community Engagement & Digital Presence

  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing RE(YOU)S’ social media platforms, engaging with followers, and growing the audience.
  • Email Marketing: Craft newsletters and email campaigns to update supporters and maintain engagement.
  • Website Updates: Assist in keeping website content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Work with PR & Outreach Teams: Coordinate with other volunteers to align marketing efforts with community engagement initiatives.
  • Engage with Partners & Influencers: Develop relationships with key stakeholders to expand RE(YOU)S’ reach.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor Analytics: Track social media, email, and campaign performance to assess effectiveness.
  • Provide Reports: Share insights and recommendations for optimising marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Creativity & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Tools: Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation tools.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
  • Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Passion for Community Engagement: Interest in social impact and sustainability initiatives.
