The Content & Quality Coordinator will ensure that all RE(YOU)S content aligns with brand messaging, maintains high-quality standards, and effectively engages the community. This role involves content review, editing, and quality control for digital and printed materials.
Key Responsibilities
Content Review & Quality Assurance
- Edit & Proofread Content: Review blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials for accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure Consistency in Brand Voice: Maintain uniformity in tone and messaging across all communication platforms.
- Fact-Check & Verify Information: Ensure all published content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with RE(YOU)S' mission.
Content Strategy & Improvement
- Collaborate with Content Creators: Work with writers, designers, and social media managers to improve content quality.
- Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer guidance on content improvements, engagement strategies, and readability.
- Optimize for Engagement: Suggest refinements to make content more engaging and accessible for diverse audiences.
Documentation & Reporting
- Track Content Performance: Monitor analytics and provide insights into content effectiveness.
- Maintain Content Guidelines: Develop and update quality standards and style guides for all communications.
- Prepare Quality Reports: Summarize key content performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Editing & Proofreading Skills: Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Experience in Content Management: Background in writing, editing, journalism, or communications preferred.
- Understanding of Branding & Messaging: Ability to maintain consistency across multiple platforms.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate content effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Passion for Community Engagement: Interest in social impact and making content accessible to all audiences.
