The Community Outreach & Partnership Coordinator will play a vital role in expanding RE(YOU)S’ presence within the community. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, community groups, and stakeholders to foster engagement and support for RE(YOU)S’ initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Identify & Establish Partnerships: Connect with local organisations, businesses, and influencers who align with RE(YOU)S' mission.
- Maintain Ongoing Communication: Keep partners engaged and informed about RE(YOU)S’ programs and events.
- Develop Community Collaborations: Work with partners to create mutually beneficial projects and initiatives.
Event Coordination & Promotion
- Facilitate Partner Involvement: Secure sponsorships, booths, and co-hosting opportunities for RE(YOU)S events.
- Distribute Promotional Materials: Ensure partners can access flyers, social media graphics, and other materials to spread awareness.
- Coordinate Community Outreach Initiatives: Plan activities that enhance RE(YOU)S’ visibility within the community.
Tracking & Reporting
- Log Community Engagement Efforts: Keep records of outreach activities, including partner interactions.
- Provide Regular Reports: Summarise engagement efforts, new partnerships, and community feedback for the PR team.
Volunteer & Recruitment Support
- Promote Volunteer Opportunities: Encourage participation in schools, colleges, and community groups.
- Assist with Onboarding: Help introduce new volunteers to RE(YOU)S’ community outreach goals.
Collaboration with PR & Marketing Teams
- Share Community Stories: Identify impactful stories and testimonials for newsletters, social media, and the website.
- Ensure Consistent Messaging: Work closely with the PR team to align outreach messaging with RE(YOU)S' mission.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable networking and building relationships with diverse community members.
- Organisational Abilities: Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage outreach activities.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Able to identify and pursue new community engagement opportunities.
- Experience in Community Outreach (Preferred): Prior work in outreach, partnerships, or volunteer engagement is beneficial.

- A passion for community building and engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Access to a computer and reliable internet for remote coordination.
- Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings and events.
- Access to a smart and computer/laptop
