Detailed description

Outreach volunteers help us to go out and talk to people in the places where people go to. They listen to and record the experiences of local people about health and care, and raise awareness of Healthwatch Coventry. Volunteers help us to reach out to all the communities in our city making sure we hear from everybody so that they have a voice in helping to make a difference to health and care services.

The role is carried out in various locations including community events such as summer fairs, libraries, community centres, cafes and many more.

This is a people focused role for someone who enjoys meeting and talking to people, and wants to make health and care services better.
